There are - from bottom up

  1. Mattress
  2. Mattress cover
  3. Bed sheet
  4. Duvet cover (sheet under duvet)
  5. Duvet


Make sure you sleep in between Duvet cover and bed sheet! 3 & 4

And not directly under duvet. It's easy to wash duvet cover
