House Rules


These are in place only for your comfort. Follow them as you want others to follow...so your stay here is enjoyable to everyone! Hope you understand :-)
  1. All dishes and cooking utensils are to be washed in the kitchen immediately after use. 
  2. Persons living in the house are responsible for the removal of their garbage and trash from the house to the outside receptacles. EVERY MONDAY NIGHT
  3. Noise will be kept at a minimum after 11 p.m. on weeknights (except Friday). 
  4. Please keep the side door closed after entering or exiting
  5. Please try to keep the shoes in the main Hall. Or carry it with you to your room. Why dirty the carpet that you are sleeping next to.
  6. No Smoking inside the house
  7. The cleanliness and upkeep of the room are the individual responsibility of each resident on the room.
  8. Only the locks provided on room doors are to be used.  No other locks, chains, etc., are to be used without the written consent of the Association.
  9. Room keys are to be returned once done with the stay.
  10. Please keep the common areas clean after use. You may face unclean areas from other guests in return. Nobody wants to face that!
  11. The possession of unregistered firearms or handguns is prohibited.
  12. The possession of explosives or gasoline in the house is prohibited.
  13. No overnight guests in rooms are permitted without prior approval. Same is applicable for parking
  14. You are personally responsible for the conduct of their guests.
  15. No pets are allowed.

For any violation - You will be charged or reduced from your security deposit.
